General Project Rules
1. General:
1.1. Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not excuse you from liability.
1.2. Advertising or providing any information about other game servers is prohibited.
2. In-game Communication:
2.1. Repeating the same phrase repeatedly is prohibited. (flooding)
2.2. Using a microphone to flood the broadcast with conversations or music unrelated to the game is prohibited, especially during matches.
2.3. Using names that contain:
Links to third-party resources;
Unreadable characters;
Allusions to parents or close relatives;
Promotion of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco;
Direct or indirect references to pornographic materials;
Extremist, terrorist, or other illegal signs or symbols;
2.4. Deliberate use of false names and their obvious derivatives is prohibited.
2.5. Discussing the administrator's actions during gameplay is prohibited.
2.6. Discussing and provoking disputes on prohibited topics, including politics, religion, extremism, terrorism, national, racial, and religious intolerance, as well as any other topics that could cause conflict and disrupt the peaceful atmosphere on the server, is prohibited.
3. Cheating:
3.1. The use of any cheats, including testing cheats or anti-cheats, is prohibited.
3.2. Monitoring (giving info regarding player position via Steam or any other means of communication) is prohibited – it is considered cheating.
3.3. Using bugs, aliases, scripts, and other third-party settings in configurations is prohibited.
3.4. Any modification of the standard CS client distributed by Valve is prohibited, including replacing or adding any files not provided by the server. Violation will result in a ban.
3.5. The client's FPS must not exceed 99.5.
3.6. Upon request by the administrator, a player must provide a demo recording. Refusal is grounds for a ban.
3.7. Coming from rule 3.4. Changing default FOV values is prohibited.
4. Communication with Server Staff:
4.1. When communicating with the administration, players must be polite, courteous, and patient. Problems should be stated briefly, clearly, and without slang.
4.2. Interrupting the administrator, criticizing their professional qualities, or ridiculing them is prohibited.
4.3. Asking the administrator to perform actions outside their duties is prohibited.
4.4. Concealing information or misleading the administrator is prohibited.
4.5. Distracting the administrator from their duties without cause is prohibited.
4.6. Players are prohibited from demanding an explanation for an administrator's actions related to their duties.
5. Complaining against an Administrator:
5.1. If you believe an administrator is abusing their authority or violating the rules, you can file a complaint, attaching evidence (demo, screenshot, log) indicating the date, time, and server.
5.2. Complaints are submitted through the forum and are verified against the server logs. If the violation is confirmed, the administrator will receive a reprimand.
5.3. Severe penalties are provided for false accusations and attempts to slander an administrator.
5.4. When complaining about an administrator, a warning must be issued only after the administrator has justified their actions. If the administrator does not respond within two days, the warning is issued automatically. (If the administrator is absent for objective reasons, and the situation is absurd and issuing a warning is pointless, the complaint will be rejected.)
6. Special Cases:
6.1. If a player uses obscene language or insults as a result of an administrator's misconduct, they may avoid punishment if, when reviewing the unban request, a moderator concludes that the administrator's actions were provocative.
6.2. In the event of an erroneous ban confirmed by the administrator, the unban is immediately enforced, regardless of the player's status.
6.3. In the event of insult to the project, the project administration, or project staff, the administration reserves the right not to enforce the project rules, and all rights are revoked.
6.4. A player's status may be reinstated by the administration, for example, after a public apology on the server or forum.
