HNS Match Server Rules

1. General:

1.0. It is forbidden to abuse PTS stats in any form.[Stats reset, Match ban up to 7 days]
1.1. It is forbidden to leave the match. [Match ban for 3 days]
1.2. Leaving a match with the purpose of "keeping the points" is penalized by rule 1.0.
1.3. If you need to leave the match, you must find a replacement. Only then are you allowed to leave the game.
1.4. It is forbidden to refuse to play a match for any reason: you do not like the selected map, the composition of teams, and so on.


2. Watcher:

2.0. Misuse of watcher is prohibited:

  • Deliberate and unjustified restarts, swaps, slays/slaps and pauses.

  • Manual completion (cancellation) of a match during the active gameplay. (2v2, 3v3, 4v4 games are still games. You have to finish them.)

2.1. If the watcher has given a controversial restart so as not to spoil the game, the watcher must give the restart to the opposing team if they ask for it. (It is forbidden to abuse this privilege by doing retry or any other manipulations that might result in infinite restarts)

2.2. Each team has one restart during the mix, which can be requested from the watcher (within 30 seconds after the start of the round).

2.3. All questions about whether the slay was issued correctly can be resolved through support after the match, by reviewing the HLTV / POV Demo.


3. The game:

3.1. Intentionally throwing the game is prohibited [Match ban for 7 days]
3.2. Team members are required to follow the captain's instructions during the game. Deliberately ignoring or sabotaging the captain's actions is considered a game throw.
3.3. Jumpbug is forbidden from a height greater than 100hp. [slay or restart]
3.4. EdgeBug is forbidden from a height greater than 100hp. [slay or restart]


4. Playing as CT:

4.5. Fun Jumping is prohibited.
4.6. CT players are allowed to block TT, regardless of the situation.


5. Playing as TT:

5.1. (Only skillIf you somehow make a 2x boost, for example from the head of a CT, you have 20 seconds to get off the boosted texture.
5.2. It is forbidden to block a specific "spot" with doors or other map elements that prevent CT from entering this place in any way.
5.3. It is forbidden to block CT players on any map if they may lose more than 100 HP as a result of falling.
5.4. (Skill 100aa/10aa) It is forbidden to hide and be out of sight of the CT after the first 15 seconds of the round. [slay]


6. BLOCK and AIR Flash Rules

6.1. During the mix, CT players are allowed to block TT on all maps for 100 HP or more.
6.2. BOOST maps where TT are prohibited to block CT and throw air flash:

6.3. SKILL maps where TT are prohibited to block CT and throw air flash:

6.4. On BOOST and SKILL maps listed above, TT can block CT if CT will fall without any HP loss. If CT player(s) lost even 1 of their HP, then CT who was blocked should tell the admin or watcher about it. If a CT dies due to such block, a slay is issued for TT player who blocked the CT. In addition, all TT's are to get off all current boosts. Any TT who does not get off the boost is also issued a slay. Players will be able to decide whether the slay was legitimate or not after the mix is over. Admin/Watcher will review the demo(s) to determine it.

6.5. On all other maps that are not listed above, TT players are allowed to block CT. Still, a block for 100 HP or more is prohibited. If a CT dies due to this block, then all other TT's are required to get off all current boosts. TT players have the right to make boosts again, but only with the number of players that CT has left who did not die due to the block.

6.6. TT can block CT who has thrown [HE] nade for 100 HP or more while in flight.

6.7. AIR flash is a flash nade (flashbang) which is thrown by you while your player model is currently in the air.


7.0. Punishments during mix games:

7.1. slay for any type of block (intentional/unintentional)
7.2. 2 days ban for repeated deliberate blocking

7.3. Punishments after mix games:
7.4. 2 days ban for a deliberate block
7.5. 2 days ban for fake slay
